The neighborhood of Rainier Beach is located in the South Seattle area. It is a large neighborhood that is made up of two informal areas. There is “Upper Rainier Beach” and “Lower Rainier Beach”. Upper Rainier Beach offers sweeping views of all of Lake Washington and the surrounding neighborhoods. Lower Rainier Beach rests right next to Lake Washington where the views are a little more limited.
