The neighborhood of Broadmoor Seattle is a large swath of land that is close to Lake Washington around the neighborhoods of Montlake, Madison Park, and Capitol Hill. This neighborhood is heavily wooded and has a unique charm that is hard to find in any other part of Seattle.
