The remaining area between the eastern border is taken up by the neighborhoods of Mount Baker, Columbia City, Rainier Beach, and Seward Park.

When living in Beacon Hill and working somewhere else, you will have quick access to Rainier Avenue, Martin Luther King Way, Interstate 5 and Highway 900.
