All About The Real Estate Market Of Seattle

Alki Beach Seattle

Alki Beach is a beautiful part of the West Seattle peninsula that offers stunning views of Elliott Bay and the entire Seattle skyline. From the tip of Alki Point, you’re able to see Qwest Stadium and Safeco field. If you look to the north, you’re able to see the Space Needle, Key Arena, and Queen Anne Hill.

Alki Beach is neighbored next to the Admiral District and West Seattle. These neighborhoods are very close to each other and offer some of the same characteristics like architecture, views, and vegetation like trees and shrubbery.

There is one main street that runs through Alki Beach. On any given sunny weekend, Alki Drive is teeming with cars, motorcycles, and bicyclists.

As you’re driving down Alki Drive, you’re going to see a bunch of new condos. While these new condos are beautiful, they have replaced many historic homes that had been there for decades. The homes along Alki Drive that were replaced had a lot of charm and character. It was disappointing to see them go.

On the brighter side, these condos offer some of the most spectacular views that you will ever see of Elliott Bay, the skyline of Seattle raning from Magnolia, parts of Ballard, Queen Anne, Uptown, Belltown and Downtown. To top it off, there are views of Qwest Stadium and Safeco Field.
